Drilling

Freedom Energy has invested in two exploration projects in the Central Utah Overthrust Belt — a sandstone play and a new shale play. Natural reservoir fractures minimize the need for artificial fracking. Previous wells drilled in these projects have discovered high API crude oil. New wells are planned for 2023.

Teamwork

Freedom Energy’s management has worked with recognized and experienced drilling and service companies including professionals and field personnel from Halliburton, Baker Hughes, Schlumberger, Weatherford, Capstar, and Cyclone Drilling, among others. These and others help us achieve our goals.

Our Environment

Affordable and sustainable energy solutions are required to advance global prosperity. Our mission is to invest in the development of the energy supply essential to human and economic progress, while effectively managing social and environmental concerns, including climate change. Our company is located in Utah which is a leader in geothermal energy research and development. While we are engaged in the transition to lessen our nation’s dependence on fossil fuels to a greater reliance on renewable energy sources, crude oil and natural gas continue to be essential products for: electricity generation, air transportation, heavy construction, and freight industries; feedstocks for making chemicals, plastics and synthetics; America’s aerospace, military and naval capabilities. We are committed to working with local communities, and with state and federal authorities to implement best practices in our industry to protect the environment, including both air quality and aquifers, and to support the ongoing assessment, disclosure, and mitigation of climate and other pollution.
